This is a family home with a dog and a cat. The available room is on the first floor next to the bathroom. Your landlady’s rooms are on another floor so there’s plenty of privacy. The house is a beautiful Georgian listed building in a brilliant location very near to Primrose Hill, Camden Lock and Hampstead Heath. There are numerous transport links: Chalk Farm tube is 5 minutes away, Kentish Town west overground is 4 minutes. Buses include 24, 46, 1, 31, 393 as well as those in Kentish Town which is a 10 minute walk. There’s also Kentish Town baths and numerous other fitness venues minutes away. Coal Drops Yard and Granary Square are just a walk away along the canal. It’s possible to walk to the West End via Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park.
The house has double glazing and is set well back from the road, so is quiet.
There’s a dishwasher, washing machine and cleaner once a fortnight. The room available is cleaned every 4 weeks.
A pet friendly lodger who understands the difference between being a lodger and a house share is sought to replace my current lodger of 4 years.
