This is a great chance for a single female only, in proven full time employment please , to bag a double room available in a clean ,friendly house located approximately 3 minutes walk from Kentish Town west overground and 6 minutes walk from Chalk Farm underground station all for £665 per calendar month . We do not ask for a deposit , but you must be in full time employment.

The room is available for a period of 6 months minimum, with the option of renewing after the initial term has finished, if wanted.

The room is located on the second floor at the rear of the building, and is over 10m² in size. There are spotlights in the ceiling , and a large sash window to let in plenty of light. Its equipped with 2 double wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a double bed with a hinged mattress , to allow a huge under bed storage area, There is also a large desk and chair in the room , which together with the Fibre broadband in the house means you can easily work from home. The room also has its own vanity unit with washbasin and large lighted mirror. All other bedrooms are equipped with the washbasins so it takes the strain off the bathrooms in the morning.

Regarding bathrooms , the house is well serviced with a total of 2 shower rooms , with WC , 1 bathroom with WC ,and a standalone WC on the top floor, so there is never a queue in the morning.

The lounge and kitchen are located on the ground floor, with access to the garden. There is ample workspace for food preparation, and each housemate has their own large food storage cupboard. There are 2 large fridge freezers for cold storage as well as 2 fitted ovens, 2 fitted electric hobs and microwave for cooking. The housemates are a friendly bunch and rub along nicely together and will often sit and dine together whilst watching TV, which is equipped with Freeview.

The garden, as mentioned is clean and tidy and shingled so there is no weeding every month, and is maintenance free. When the weather is nice it is used for outside dining most evenings, a featured cherished by the resident housemates.

As well as the rent, you pay your share of the utility bills and broadband which is a fixed monthly amount of £27.
