I'm Ben, the owner. I'll be away from the house for the period.
Both rooms are normally empty through the year and are located on the lower ground floor.
The first room (£1,100pcm) is a large double room with a super-king bed and great storage (3 wardrobes) and a beautiful sandstone fireplace. South facing so light and bright.
The second room (£900pcm) is a good-sized double with French windows that open onto the garden. Bright and cosy.
The house is peaceful and airy. Really comes into its own in the summer. My partner will be at the house less than half of the time, on and off – and often away over weekends. She’s friendly but will mostly be working upstairs on the top floor when at the house. Great if you like your own spacious quiet environment.
You must be a serious, responsible person. No parties – but the dining room is great for hosting friends for dinner.
