Luxurious en-suite for friendly house mate!

Hello,

Having found the most beautiful house in Primrose Hill, we’re looking for fun and considerate housemate to enjoy it with.

The house itself is absolutely stunning and finished to an extremely luxury standard.

Your bedroom (pictured) is spacious with ensuite with a window overlooking gardens at the back of the house. There’s 2 full size wardrobes with mirrored front which are both useful and look pretty sleek also!

The main house has 3 communal areas starting with the kitchen/breakfast room which is light and airy with full mod cons and a dining table. Separately, there is a living room which leads onto a more ‘formal’ dining room. This is absolutely ideal if you like entertaining and having dinner parities as it would be pretty unobtrusive for the rest of the house with two eating areas.

Finally, there is a a fabulous terrace which gets plenty of sunshine during the day and is just crying out for summer to come a little sooner!

A little about us, both Elliott and I are in sales so we’re usually quite busy with work during the week but get a bit more lively at the weekend. Ashley and her cat will also be moving, she is a fabulous girl from New York and arranges international conferences for work. Although not a party house, I would hope that we would get on and have the occasional glass of wine.
