Decent size garden with chairs and table for enjoying the sunny days (not for partying).

Large shared kitchen, dining table and chairs, all standards kitchen appliances (washing machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc).

Storage room available (shared).

Two big retail parks close by with shops.
