Massive Beautiful Room in Huge Friendly House

I am sad to be leaving my beautiful room in our lovely Charlton house. You will be moving in with my 3 friendly female housemates. The house is massive, with two bathrooms (one with a bath and shower, one with a shower), a big kitchen and huge living room. The room itself is the size of a studio flat, with a double bed, open wardrobe and balcony window. It’s an all female house of working professionals, we do like to get together and watch a movie or have dinner together from time to time and hang in the living room. Importantly, we have lived here for 18 months and we’re on a rolling 2 month contract, just so you are aware. I am moving out on Jan 20th, so it’s available on the 21st. Come and see the place!

We are also with an agency and there are agency fees. I know it’s a pain but it’s just a bit of ££ upfront and then the rent is way cheaper than anywhere else in London for this sized room.
