We are looking for tenants for a spacious single room in our recently renovated 4/5 bed house. The room is available now. It is fully furnished but im happy to remove some furniture if not needed. It is well looked after house so we ideally would like to find people who will respect each other and treat the house like their own one. The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and big mirror.
There are 2 people from Bulgaria, Hungarian and one British. All hardworking professionals. If any questions please drop me a line or call. Bills are c£40-50per month per person. The house is in a great location. Safe and close to shops, Charlton train station, North Greenwich tube station (zone 2). Close to schools and Greenwich University. There is a bathroom and 2 toilets, garden, parking and loads of storage. No smoking inside the house but can do it in the garden. Can include the fixed bills in the rent if preferred. Viewings highly recommended.
