We hare calm, fun, relaxed and straight and upfront group of people. We keep our house as the sancuary we dock in after a long day in the crazy London life. We have lived here for over twelve years now and know the area and the house perfectly so will answer even the questions you haven't thought of asking.
Our house is located on a super quiet closed street in the heart of Charlton. We live in a family orientated street, all of our neighbours are really nice and quiet people, it's the perfect place to relax day and night.
Charlton Station is right out the front door and a bus station that can take you to North Greenwich is at the end of the street. In the other direction, a couple a minutes away there are constant buses that go to Greewich, Woolwich, Lewisham and etc. Couple a minutes walking distance there are huge shops - Sainsburys, Asda, M&S and a shopping park that has New Look, Boots, Matalan, Maplin, H&M, Argos, Starbucks and so much more. There are two 24/7 fitnesses too.
We can't accept couples.
There is no shared livingroom.
The room is available to move in on the 18th of September 2025.
The DEPOSIT IS £500.
ALL bills are included in the price per month, we have a security camera and the fastest fibro optic internet.
