A lovely, double room available from June in a spacious, terraced house with ample storage, central heating, modern floorboards and a large garden.

The house is split over 3 floors, a large living room with flatscreen TV, a garage which is used for storage space.
There are 3 bedrooms (3 tenants) one bathroom and and 2 toilets. All the bedrooms are on the upper floor there is also an extra basement room for more storage and guests to stay.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, plenty of space for a double bed, desk and wardrobe.

The monthly rent is £550 plus bills.
Deposit is £500.

The area is very well connected to the City.
*Charlton station* (Zone 3) only 5 min walk from the property and a direct train takes you to Greenwich (7 min, DLR to Bank and Tower Gateway), London Bridge (15 min), Cannon Street, Waterloo, Charring Cross (20-25 min).
Direct train to Luton Airport (London Blackfriars, Farringdon, London St. Pancras International).
*North Greenwich* station (Zone 2, Jubilee line, 24 Hrs on Friday, Saturday) is 10 min away by bus where you can find the O2 Arena, Icon Shopping Centre, VUE cinema and huge variety of restaurants.
Direct night bus N1 and 53 from Central London.

Greenwich Peninsular Shopping Centre is 5 min away with 24 Hr Asda, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Aldi, Lidl, Poundland, Boots, Superdrug, Tk Maxx, Primark, Argos, Starbucks etc. also 24Hr Gym.
10 min walk to Greenwich Ikea and Odeon Imax.

3 large parks near by including the popular Greenwich park 5 min by bus or 15 min walk.

We have 5 Guinea Pigs in the house (separate area) so love for animals is preferred.
It is a pet friendly letting, cat, small dog is welcome.

Current flatmates are in their 30’s working in live events, social media. We are looking for a clean, friendly, professional housemate. Its not a party house but your friends and family are always welcome.
