My 1 bedroom flat is available to rent 4 nights per week (Monday to Friday) to a single professional, who requires a place to live the during week so they can work from the office in London.

You’ll be a professional executive and someone who has an existing established family home outside of London, to return to at weekends.

This flat is NOT for short term holiday rental or for someone who already lives in London (eg with parents) and wants another “base” in London.

The flat:
The flat is 2 year old and situation within a private development in Charlton. Its on the top floor with amazing views over Canary Wharf, facing south west. Perfect for those sunny evenings after a long day with a good drink.
The flat is very modern with stylish look and feel..

Location:
The flat offers brilliant transport links. 5 mins walk to Charlton station which is 15 mins from London Bridge or 5 mins from Woolwich, to pick up the Elizabeth Line to Canary Wharf or Liverpool Street.

Arrangement:
Access to the flat will from Monday 17:00 through to Friday 10:00

Bedding and cleaning:
Separate bedding will be provided. This will be switched for my weekend usage.
Please keep the flat clean and tidy.
Cleaning service is not provided.
