Ground floor flat, all bills included safe sought after area, Charlton station is the nearest, safe quite clean house cleaner once a week, large room loads of storage, top virgin 1GB oomph fibre broadband, 50 inch Samsung smart tv, new bed wardrobe and cupboard, new bedding duvet pillows, sheets, mattress protector will be supplied if required.

I am a live-in landlord, an electrian and gas engineer by trade, so any problems you might encounter will be dealt with promptly, however eventhough I am a live in landlord i will not stay at the property most of the time due to work and family commitments.

There are great local transport links. A regular bus service at both ends of the road(422, 486, 53, 54(24 hrs), 380) takes you to both Charlton or Woolwich mainline train stations and woolwich Elizabeth line, Woolwich DLR. The mainline routes are to direct to Charing Cross or Cannon Street, London bridge, waterloo, Blackfriars, city thameslink, farringdon, st Pancras international (approximately 15 minutes to London Bridge). All stations are either 3 bus stops away or a 10 to 15 minute walk. The mainline stations also connect you to the Greenwich and Lewisham mainline stations and DLR(5 mins to city airport) The O2 is also close by, an approximately 10 minute bus ride away with further links to the London Underground, via North Greenwich Jubilee line.

The flat has plenty of space and you will have full use of all amenities, including kitchen; washing machine, iron, fridge and balcony, plenty of free parking. Any smokers will be asked to smoke in the balcony area please.

Greenwich and Blackheath are nearby with their shops, restaurants and pubs as well as the O2 with restaurants, gigs, clubs, sporting events, multiplex cinema . Also Woolwich and Greenwich Shopping Park(SE7) for supermarkets and shopping, and of course charlton village with its shops pubs and restaurant/takeaways
