Lovely double room for rent in cosy flat

Looking for a friendly and clean professional to live in my lovely flat with me.

Closest station is Charlton station (16min walk), from which you can get to London Bridge in 17minutes (as well as Charing Cross and Cannon Street). Short bus ride to North Greenwich (for Jubilee Line) or Woolwich (for DLR and Elizabeth Line). Also near Blackheath station for trains to Victoria.

The flat is nicely decorated and benefits from getting a lot of light as it is on the second floor. It has 3bedrooms (one used for storage/office), kitchen (has washing machine and dishwasher, no tumble dryer), living room, separate toilet and bathroom and a little balcony that gets the afternoon sun. The area has free parking available. The room is a decent size with a good size wardrobe, small double bed, full-length mirror and blackout blinds. It currently has a small table and floor lamp but these can be removed if required (and happy to add in a bookcase if you need additional storage). Smokers are welcome but I ask that you smoke outside. I’m a professional working in the NHS. I am clean and tidy and would describe myself as pretty chilled. I regularly stay at my partner’s house so you will often have the flat to yourself.

Short walk to shops in Blackheath Royal Standard and Charlton Village. Also close to Charlton Millennium Village and O2 for a variety of larger supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Short bus ride/easy walk to Greenwich Village for shops, market and restaurants. Walking distance of Greenwich Park and Charlton Park. Various gyms and amenities nearby including secret gem of Charlton Lido which is an 8minute walk from flat!

Rent includes bills which covers electricity, water, gas, council tax, TV license, and fast wifi.
