Double room with great transport links

Hi! We are a couple and a doggo who are looking for a tidy and easy going housemate to share our flat. Dog lover will be essential as we have a cheeky doggo who takes a couple of days to warm up to new people. We also occasionally have other dogs to visit too.
The flat is nice and is in a quiet block with a communal garden and right next to Charlton park so ideal for walks and runs. I moved to this area 4 years ago and I love the green spaces and there are lots of nice parks and the Thames within walking distance. If you want to get into London there are lots of options and good transport links.

The room has a bed which can be a single or queen size with storage underneath, a big chest of drawers and a desk. We work from home in the living room so the living room will not always be accessible so we haven’t included it in the listing, though we can definitely hang out together sometimes if you like, especially if you are obsessed with love island (I’m ashamed!)
