A spacious double bedroom in 2-bedroom flat with lots of natural light.
The bedroom comes furnished and with lots of storage areas. There is a shared living room with a big TV in the lounge area and big dining table. The kitchen is also spacious and clean. The bathroom is well decorated and recently refurbished. The whole flat is designed in a cosy way for the best living experience.
The location of the flat is very close to big supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Asda, Sainsburys, M&S) and shops (Homesense, TKMaxx, Next, Primark, Argos, SportsDirect). For coffee lovers, Starbucks and Costa are just across the road. This makes shopping (for food or anything) a very easy and pleasant experience. The flat is close to 24/7 gyms (opposite Anytime Fitness and 5min walk to Puregym) for an active lifestyle.
Transport: the bus stop is right in front of the flat (literally), with 10min bus to North Greenwich tube station (Jubilee line), and 15min bus to Cutty Sark (DLR)/ Greenwich town centre, 15min to Woolwich (Elizabeth line), buses run frequently. Alternatively, Charlton station (Oyster/contactless zone 3) is just under 7min walk away, with direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Kings Cross St. Pancras in 30-40 mins.
I am a live-in landlord, from Vietnam originally. I purchased this flat 4 years ago and refurbished the place last year. I work in finance. Personality-wise, I am a bubbly character and easy to get along. I enjoy exercising and travelling (when I manage to find time:) ). I am generally a quiet person (definitely not a party animal or house-party host haha) so would prefer someone similar. I keep my living spaces very clean and tidy, and would expect the same from my flatmate.
The flat is a non-smoking space. And even though I love pets, I am afraid we would not be able to house them here :(
