A beautiful double room

A double room is available for short term in our apartment in a new development.

It is available for up to three months and might be extended further.
It can also be available for someone who needs a room only for 3 to 5 days a week; the price will depend on the number of days.

We are a married couple and have a three-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment.

Located 8 to 10 minutes walking distance from Westcombe Park and Charlton stations, from where it takes 17 minutes to London Bridge. A 10-minute bus ride to Jubilee line in North Greenwich station; the bus stops is 3 minutes away from the building.

This is a fully furnished room:
- Bed with covers, duvets, pillows; closet and wardrobe, bedside table, storage bench, chair, desk and TV
- Separate large bathroom next to the room, most time to be used only by you (will need to be shared only when we have guests)
- Shared fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher
- Shared living room
- Cleaning, new bed sheets and towel will be provided every week.
- Washing machine is available in the storage room
- Balcony with furniture and a beautiful view

- Parking bay

A 5-minute walk from supermarkets, Starbucks, many shops, food places and gym.
20 minutes from a cinema and the Thames river walk.
O2 – around 10 minutes by bus and 30 minutes by walk
Greenwich park, Royal Observatory, Greenwich Market and Cutty Sark – 25 to 40 minutes by walk and 15 minutes by bus
Easy access to London Bridge, Canary Wharf, London City Airport, Cannon Street and Central London.
