Who you’ll be living with; 💫
- Three incredible women all aged in their mid-late twenties working in marketing, the charity sector and teaching. All Aussie and stoked to welcome in the newest housemate to start a new lease ✨

- Everyone is always down for a drink a yap at the end of a long day, the laughs had in this house are a 100/10. But everyone is also incredibly respectful of each others space :)

- Massive open plan kitchen and living space downstairs, electric stovetop, oven, heaps of cupboard space, dishwasher and washing machine.

- The deck space out back leads to a small garden and working home from space - which has saved my ass many times for filming auditions.

- The bathroom is big and bright, with a bath/shower with recently replaced shower head and allocated shelves to store everything you may need. Additional toilet downstairs.

- Plenty of options for parking in the area as the house is on a quiet residential street, and a parking permit for our street itself can be easily attained through Greenwich council.

- You’ll deal directly with our landlady who is absolutely lovely and super helpful with repairs and requests.
- Council Tax Band D.

- Incredibly well located for supermarket options! Off-license and small supermarket a five minute walk away open til 11 every day - a huge lifesaver. Asda, Lidl, TK Maxx and HomeSense a 10 minute walk away. M&S and big Sainsbury’s a 15 min walk away. IKEA and B&Q a 15 min bus away.

- Greenwich park is just a stones throw away. 💚

- All Greenwich has to offer by way of pubs, restaurants, cinema, the markets, museums, galleries and stunning river walks on the Thames are all just on the other side of the park, and only a 15 minute bus ride away. 🛍️

- Charlton Lido very close by for those morning swims and hot days next summer. 🏊🏻‍♀️
