Hi everyone!
I’m looking to rent out a room in a two-bedroom top-floor flat within a Victorian conversion, just a few minutes’ walk from Charlton Station. You’ll be living with me - I’m 31, easy-going, and currently split my time between working from home and the office (about 50/50).
I do enjoy spending time with my flatmate but also respect personal space. My interests are the usual going to the pub, festivals, traveling, etc. I travel quite a bit for both work and leisure, especially during the winter.

THE ROOM
A spacious double bedroom featuring a double bed with under-bed storage, a desk and chair, an armchair, a mirror, shelving for storage, and a clothes rail. Also, a massive TV which you are able to log on to streaming sites like Netflix, etc!
The room faces the street, which is very quiet at night, and has two large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
THE FLAT
Recently refurbished top-floor Victorian flat with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, separate WC, and fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, dishwasher) all set over 1 floor.
There is no shared garden access, but regardless you’ll find plenty of green spaces nearby, including Charlton Park, Maryon Park, and Greenwich Park is within walking distance.
AVAILABILITY
Ready to move in. Move in date is flexible for the right person!
LOCATION
• Charlton Overground Station (Thameslink & Southeastern): 4-minute walk to fast connections—15 mins to London Bridge. Thameslink runs to North London and Luton Airport; Southeastern goes direct to Cannon Street.
• North Greenwich Tube Station (Jubilee Line): 10–15 min bus ride, next to the O2 Arena with shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
• Buses: 380 to Woolwich outside the flat and 486 at the end of the road to North Greenwich.
THE AREA
Charlton offers a quieter, more suburban atmosphere while still providing easy access to nearby Greenwich, Blackheath & the city.
For everyday shopping, there’s a Sainsbury’s Local right opposite the station, and the Greenwich Shopping Park which is just 10 minutes’ walk away and has all the major supermarkets (ASDA, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Lidl, Aldi) along with a range of other retail stores. Also, an IKEA very nearby which comes in very handy!
IDEAL FLATMATE
Looking for a friendly, pretty chill, open-minded flatmate - male, female, LGBTQ+, any nationality. Ideally someone who’s tidy, easy-going, and values a respectful, relaxed living environment. Don't mind smokers, just not inside.
COST
• The cost is £850 per calendar month which includes all bills (council tax, service charge, electricity, gas, water, super-fast Wi-Fi).
• One month rent as deposit.
• Would do a shared online supermarket shop every couple of months or so.
