Hi! My flatmate moves out end of October and I'm looking for someone to move into her room!

It's a large room with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and a sink with a view over the garden. Flat has two rooms, so you'd be sharing with only me, shared bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with washing machine. Lots of greenery and parks around as well as a communal garden shared with the other flats in the house.

Transport: It's a short busride from Woolwich for Elizabeth line, or otherwise bus to North Greenwich for Jubilee line or Charlton or Blackheath for trains into central. Bus 53 runs all night to central as well and there's street parking in case you have a car. All stations are walkable as well depending on how much time you have on your hands.

Looking for someone clean, considerate, friendly and mindful of peoples spaces, but don't mind the occassional hang out should we both be up for it. Someone not too loud/with normal sound levels or on the quieter side and no parties. Looking for someone to live well with long term and that we can both call it our home. Female prefered. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
