This is a cosy studio flat in a quiet residential area, with exclusive access to a garden. The flat has a whole side wall made of glass and two skylights, with plenty of natural light during the day. The flat comes with all the necessary kitchen appliances, a spacious shower and a separate private restroom. Fast wifi is included in the rent and there is only the electricity bill to pay on top (on average, between £50 and £80 per month during winter). There are a few bus lines running outside the flat plus various other means of travel (train, Elizabeth and Jubilee lines) within 20 minutes by bus. There are also fast links to all major London airports. Free parking is available just outside the flat. A few parks are within walking distance.
