I’m looking for a friendly, clean, and reliable flatmate to join me in my current home! My current roommate is moving in with his partner, so a room has opened up. I’m looking for someone who treats the flat like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

The Room: A large Double room ready for you to make your own. Please note the bedroom comes unfurnished, though the rest of the flat is fully furnished.
Rent: £875 per month (All bills included).
Perks: Parking to the rear of the property—a huge plus for the area!
Location
The flat is ideally located for commuters, being very close to Charlton Train Station, offering quick links into Central London and Greenwich.
