The flat comprises two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs, there’s a spacious living area and a separate kitchen. Plenty of storage space available.

Location
The flat has excellent transport links. The location is conveniently located within 5 minutes from Charlton Railway station, and a short bus ride to North Greenwich station for the Jubilee line. You can easily get to Woolwich for the Elizabeth Line within 10 minutes. London Bridge is 20 minutes away.

Large supermarkets and a retail park are a 5 minute walk away.

No parking is available through the landlord.

Furnishings
The apartment comes unfurnished, however it has been furnished with my things. There may be an option for you to purchase the existing bed frame from the previous tenant. The wardrobe in the bedroom belongs to the landlord. We can discuss logistics for this during a viewing.

About me and the future tenant

I’m a 31 year old professional who works from home 3 days a week. I enjoy exploring London, but equally enjoy staying home, cooking and watching TV. My plan is to stay in this apartment until April 2028, when I will be leaving to go travelling. I’ve lived in this apartment for 4 years, and I’m looking for someone to live with until I leave London.

I’d love to live with someone who is kind, clean, and considerate. Home is an important space for me, so I’m keen to find the right people to live with. Ideally, I’d like to become friends with the new tenant, but also without pressure as I love to enjoy my life outside of the apartment too.

No pets, please.

Would prefer to live with other women, or LGBTQ+ folk, but I'm open.
