Large attic room with en suite to rent

Hi, I'm moving out of my lovely converted loft and am looking for someone to move in for three months, potentially longer, as I am moving abroad. It is a large, light bedroom with an en suite bathroom, built in September last year so everything is brand new. Comes with double bed, chest of drawers, chair and loads of under-eaves storage.

The house is a three storey terrace with a sunny garden, kitchen, dining room and living room. It's three minutes walk from Charlton station, with trains every 10 mins to central London, 16 minutes to London Bridge. 5 minute bus to the O2 arena / Jubilee line.

You'll be sharing with two guys, one student and one self-employed aged 22 - 24. Together we own the house. We're looking for someone working or studying in London, male or female. We're very clean and tidy, enjoy watching TV and cooking together and going out for drinks.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including broad band.
