Double bedroom in greenwich/charlton houseshare

A big double room to let with good transport links and good local amenities.

Looking for a social, fun clean and tidy housemate. Emphasis on the clean and tidy, we are all grown up and tidy up after ourselves and expect the prospective housemate to do the same so we have a nice environment to live in.

We are three individuals who work in tv, a chef and a venue manage. So a bit of a mix. All get on really well. Don't really know what to say, we are laid back but respectful of each other when it comes to noise and keeping the place clean and tidy. A nice friendly welcoming atmosphere. We would prefer someone that will become a friend within the house rather than just an acquaintance.

We have a reasonably large kitchen with all the usual stuff, a large front room. We also have a great garden for summer time.

There's Westcombe Park (zone 3) train station less than 5 minute walk away and a short bus ride away is North Greenwich (zone 2, jubilee).

24 hour asda, 24 hour sainsburies and loads of cinemas/resteraunts/shops nearby...seriously there are loads.
