Description
We are a friendly house of three professional people and one (sometimes) professional cat looking for our fourth roomie.
Professionals or mature students only please.
We are all hard working and our home is a place that we relax and enjoy each other’s company. As a unit we often share meal times and get stuck into something good to watch on TV. (With autumn approaching, some binge worthy recommendations would be greatly received!)
Although this is a social house we all have the upmost respect for one another and everybody’s need for their own space and down time. All of the bedrooms are bright and big; yours is on the ground floor and and has double patio doors that back on to the garden. It is more or less furnished with everything you will need.
The rest of the house comprises of a large living room, huge dining area with adjacent kitchen. One downstairs loo, a lovely big garden that has both decking and a grassy bit. (We are working on our green fingered-ness!)
Upstairs are three more double bedrooms and one weeny little spare room that we use for laundry and our bathroom with a bath and powerful over head shower.
Transport from the house covers all areas, we are roughly;
6 minute walk from Charlton station
15 minute train ride to London Bridge
30 minute walk to central Greenwich or 7 minutes by train
10-15 minute bus journey to North Greenwich station
The bus stop is less than a five minute walk away
There are also two major shopping complexes nearby within walking distance and a small Sainsbury’s close by for essentials
We all pitch in with the cleaning and buying household items such as toilet roll, washing up liquid, etc. As long as people contribute and pay their fair share, we'll be happy!
Bills come to roughly £80 pp/pm.
We have a beautiful cat Basil, so anyone with a cat allergy please don't apply. Most of all, we want to live with someone who is chilled and respectful of the others living here.
Room available now!
If you think you'd fit in here, please get in touch and answer the following questions when responding!
1) What does your typical weekend consist of?
2) It's Sunday afternoon and an omnibus of your favourite TV show comes on - what is it?
3) Your best friend has bought you tickets to your favourite band/group/artist - who are they taking you to see?!
4) Really boring question here... But please let us know what it is you do for a living?
We would love to know a bit about you!
Please get in touch to arrange a viewing...
We can’t wait to meet you!
