The house has a front driveway with side of house garage for off-street parking and storage. There is Virgin TV, most channels, available in living room and also in the room for rent.

This would be a sub-let arrangement as I am primary tenant (10 years to date) with landlords consent. My current housemate/best mate is moving out end Dec 2024 after living together for past 10 years.

The house is located close to both Blackheath and Charlton Village for shops, bars, and restaurants. It is located within 5 minutes walking distance of Charlton Station and local bus routes, allowing quick transport links to Greenwich, Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street.

I am a gay guy ideally looking to live with another gay guy as would probably have more in common socially and in terms of connection. With that said, I am open minded to all possibilities.

I have 2 (old!) cats and they are very friendly.
