Bright single room available from 24.11.2020. We are looking for responsible, respectful, considerate and clean housemate. The room has single bed,2 door wardrobe, chest of drawers. The room has been recently painted and the carpet replaced with laminate flooring. The rent is £350 per calendar month with some bills included. Available for single person. Council tax, water, phone line, fast broadband included in the rent. Electricity and gas are not included (around £25 for each per person per month).
The house is in a safe and quiet area. Close to Charlton train station, Woolwich Dockyards station or North Greenwich tube station (zone 2-3). Close to University of Greenwich, Goldsmith and Holborn College. Night Bus available to central London (bus number 53). Other buses available - 54, 422, 486. Free off street parking available.
One month deposit required and one month notice. There is a spacious kitchen with a dining table, cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle. There is another area with 3 fridges and freezers. Two toilets and bathroom in the house. Nice, good sized garden with porch, barbeque, table and chairs.
The tenants are nice, considerate and like to keep the house clean and in order. They are all working professionals.
