A furnished double room in a flat in Chelsea £600 all bills included.
**Part time rental: Monday- Thursday***

This room is perfect if you want to live with one other person, in a beautiful neighbourhood. You’ll be sharing the flat with a kind, considerate, open minded, female housemate.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including high speed broadband.
Your room has a lovely double bed, there is a built in wardrobe/storage cupboard.

There are wonderful pubs, restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a park around the corner. There isn't a living room and the kitchen is compact.

If you are interested and can move in from late Sept 2025 or October, send a message with a little bit about yourself.

To set expectations, it's not Made In Chelsea, it's where ordinary people working live; teachers, nurses, shop assistants etc, public and private sector working professionals.

FAQ’s

Q: Is the room still available?
A: Yes, I'll remove the ad when its taken.

Q: How soon can I move in?
A: Looking for someone to move in late September or October.

Q: How close is it to the tube/train station?
A: Sloane Square, Gloucester Road, South Kensington Tube Station are all within 15-20 minutes walking distance (10mins by bus). Alternatively its a 15 min bus ride to Victoria or Clapham Junction.

Q: Can I rent the room with my partner/can they stay with me?
A: Unfortunately not, the flat is only big enough for 2 people, any more than this and it would feel cramped.

Q: Why can't I rent the room full time?
A: I'm only looking for someone who wants to say for a few nights a week between Monday and Thursday.

Q: Can I have a virtual viewing?
A: Viewings will be in person.
