Chelsea large double en-suite, walk in wardrobe

-About the neighbourhood: A beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian flat on Flood Street in the heart of Chelsea. You can’t beat the location and flat. We have everything closeby. The closest pub is the Cooper’s Arms

-Your room: very large en-suite bedroom, with marble and a bath in the loo. You also have a huge walk- in wardrobe, meaning storage is taken care of. The windows are large, it’s very bright.

-The flat: Newly painted and carpeted tastefully, well-lit and spacious. The photos you see had to be taken during the renovations, it looks *much better in real life. I encourage you to do a viewing one of these evenings. We have bedrooms upstairs, kitchen and large living room downstairs. We are going to furnish the living room so that we can relax there and eat.

-About us: We’re 22 and 25 males, sociable yet very extremely respectful of personal space. We’ve lived in enough flats to realise the importance of a peaceful environment. Archie is working in wine; I’ve finished LSE and am getting into ship broking. We will be very busy in the daytime; will occasionally do dinner parties in the evenings. The flat will be civilised, not a party environment, but still sociable.
