The rent is payable in full on the first day of every calendar month.

The flat will be shared with one existing professional only.

Please note that there no agency fees, however the Landlord may charge for his admin services of registering the new tenant to the contract, so any possible charges will need to be confirmed by the Landlord.

The deposit/bond money is in place to cover for any unpaid monthly rent and/or utility bills or for damages of the property inventory/missing inventory, as well as to for tenancy check out cleaning when moving out.

The area is very lively. Plenty of nice/posh bars, pubs around, as well as groceries stores, cinema, gym, etc.
All amenities are in close proximity.
