Chelsea 2 Bed in newly renovated flat

Hi, my name is Jo and I have just recently renovated and redesigned this flat to be brand new and am looking for a house mate to move in.

I am very sociable, into sport, out of the house a lot and like to always be trying new events ect, Im trying rock climbing this weekend lol :)

I work in the city, went to Kings College and did a Masters at RADA so am very into the arts too. I like to volunteer when possible, but need to do this more really.

Id like someone I could really get along with to move in, as I say I am out a lot and have a lot of friends, but Id like who ever moved in to be someone I could be able to have a cup of tea with and a giggle with.

I am very laid back but one thing is I am very tidy and would like someone who would look after the flat as it has all just been interior designed. I have a cleaner once a week for 4 hours too.

I also do not drink although I go out to bars, so probably best suited to someone who doesn't drink much.
