Double room in lovely flat with river views

Hey, I am looking for a new flatmate for my lovely flat in Chelsea, complete with river views, balcony, and complementary dog. I am a freelancer so am at home a lot, looking to rent the other room to a friendly and sociable person. I am pretty laid back and like people who are similarly minded: if you are the type who will write their name on their milk we are not going to get along.

But you also must like dogs. The goodest boy lives here: he may wander into your room for an ear scratch if you leave your door open; he may want to sit beside you and ask for belly rubs. If any of these is going to be an issue at any point, we won't be a good match.

But he’s an absolute sweetheart, I’m a pretty good flatmate, and it’s a great room in a gorgeous flat. Drop us a line!
