This is my lovely home but I am moving full time to Dorset with my partner. I currently have two lovely girls as tenants, both marketing professionals in food and beauty, who have been with me for a year. We would love to welcome a genuine and considerate professional who will enjoy their time here and respect my home as much their privacy will be respected.

The room has a double bed, bedside tables & lamps, a large wardrobe and plenty of shelf space. It is a light and cosy room with windows onto the terrace.

There is a private modern bathroom next to your room (not en suite), available for your use only. Please note that there is only a hand held shower over the bath and not a stand up shower.

The living room is spacious and modern with underfloor heating and a fully fitted kitchen with doors leading to a private terrace with chill out furniture and cushions.

All the expected facilities are included:
All bills/clean linen and towels (if required)/wi-fi/sky tv/washing machine/dryer/fully fitted kitchen, china and glassware to use.

This is a very reasonable price for such a great home. This reflects my priority in finding a great person to share my home and is a genuine offer of good value.

Walking distance to Fulham Road and Kings Road and all the great amenities on offer, whatever you are looking for.
