The boatyard is private with its own CCTV, and an office that sorts your mail.

The boat is stationary on the river bed most of the day, and on the water twice a day at high tide. It can occasionally get rocky when large boats go past, but this never lasts long.

NB: Ceiling height downstairs is 185cm so not ideal if you're over 6ft!

Rent: £700 pm all in no bills!
