Situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a bright and airy duplex. This fully furnished double bedroom is light-filled, has plenty of storage and has its own private bathroom with a shower over bath. The flat has a huge separate kitchen and dining room with the kitchen being fully refurbished shortly. There is also an equally large separate living room.

The price includes all bills - Council tax, Water, Gas, Electric, Wi-Fi and Virgin Media TV box and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
