Joining this house is not dissimilar to joining a private members club, in that you will be regularly invited by me and my sociable friends to Annabels, The Hurlingham Club (outdoor / indoor spas and swimming pools / grass court tennis etc
alfresco bars & Estate Garden BBQs), Soho House and other London venues,
There’s the networking inter club January drinks, Inter Club Ski Trips in February and March & Estate Garden firesides, Soho House, Arts Club Dover Street Mayfair, The Cavalry & Guards Club, 5 Hertford Street Mayfair, and other London venues to enjoy,
You will always be made to feel welcome and introduced to other like minded people.. this is a great house for networking..
The property itself is interior designed. Total bills come to a total of 80 pounds additional a week to the rent,
including cleaners, cleaning products, gardiners, thier materials, heating, electricity / gas bills, hot water, running machines etc…

you’re, typically, at an office Monday through to Friday/typically busy out on weekends: in which case bills are just 15 pounds additional a week.
So 400 per week total.
The double room is located in a beautiful period mews house, in between the fashionable, & highly desirable, King’s Road & Fulham Road. These luxury high streets are beautifully lit up in November, December and January with Christmas lights all the way to Knightsbridge and Belgravia/Victoria from the house; with permanent street art.
The double-room has views over gardens, & is a very quiet sanctuary, for your enjoyment. It’s typically a minimum four month stay but feel free to get in contact otherwise. A shorter stays require more turn around work :)
I am looking forward to having lodgers who are positive, fun,
& always polite - but have thier own lives to lead outside of the home also and are regularly away at weekends (to ensure a healthy and refreshing balance) typically every third or fourth weekend, demonstrating their independence for a full healthy life outside of the home also. (holidays for a natural and typical change of scene count, too, instead of the occasional weekend away).
This three bedroom house has recently been refurbished - with under floor heating installed.. The property has three double bedrooms and is arranged over three floors. The house comes with a car space outside the house. The property is located on a quiet & private cul-de-sac, tree lined, residential street. The private cul-de-sac is managed by The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Upon entering the property, there is a double reception room (big) with solid wood floors, high ceilings, a feature fireplace, a formal dining area and large bay windows. Through the reception room there is a kitchen conservatory (pictured) which is ideal for either a further relaxing area, or a further dining area. Through the doors of the conservatory is a beautiful south west facing double tiered private garden, that even in early Spring gets over 7 hours of sunshine a day due to its aspect. In late Spring / early summer the garden gets over 10 hours of sunshine and there are long views with great outlook across gardens towards Chelsea Football Ground which is over 3,000 yards away. There is also a separate additional shady garden to keep cool.
The kitchen is just off the reception room with modern appliances including a dishwasher, drier and clothes washer. The kitchen opens into the conservatory and has luxury red bar chairs. Perfect for an evening or brunch aperitif. On the first floor are two double bedrooms available, both with very good storage and plenty of natural light. There is a family size bathroom and lime stone tiling on the first floor serving the two guest bedrooms.
The closest superstores are either Whole Foods, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Bailey and Sage and Marks and Spencer's on Chelsea’s Fulham Road & King’s Road. Fulham Broadway underground Tube, and Imperial Overland Train station, is just 4 minutes walk away. There are fantastic bus routes running along both Fulham Road and Kings Road which run into the West End and the City. The property is also close to The River Thames which offers fantastic commuter and recreational routes via Thames Clipper Water Bus, going direct east into the City or west to Richmond Park.
There is a kitten in the house called Prince.
