Bright and spacious studio flat in Chelsea

I am offering to rent a spacious and bright studio appartment in Chelsea. Kitchen is in a separate room and there is built-in wardrobe in the hall.

The closest tube station is Fulham Broadway but Earls Court and Gloucester Road stations are within walking distance as well.

There are 4 appartments in the building in total plus a clinic on the floor below my flat. The neighbours are really nice and quiet so I would prefer someone who is not really a party animal and respects the neigboours' space.

I really love that flat as it has a great energy so it would be lovely to find someone who is going to enjoy the place too. It is in a quieter part of Fulham Road in Chelsea but it is really close to all the fun parts of Chelsea as well as Fulham. / Parsons Green There is plenty of grocery shops around such as Tesco express, Sainsbury and big Waitrose.

The place is available from the 23th of November until mid January but there is some flexibility with the dates. All bills included.
