Zero deposit-furnished one bedroom flat in Chelsea

I'm letting out my one bedroom flat in Chelsea Cloisters.

Nice safe mansion block building 5 mins walk from South Kensington tube station. Very safe building in a great location with a 24/7 concierge.
It is a second floor one bed with a small separate kitchen. There is a bath shower, a large double bed and a sofa and dining table.
Kitchen has microwave, hob, kettle and air fryer as well as pots, pans, cutlery and glasses.

I can leave clean bedding etc if this is required.

The rent is all inclusive, with the exception of electricity which is a pre-payment meter and works out around £1 or less per day. Council tax, water, heating and broadband are included.

I would like to initially rent for 2 months with the option to extend on the same 2 month basis if it works for both of us and you enjoy living there.
I would require the 2 months rent in advance of moving in, but there is no deposit.
