The house is located within 5 minutes walking distance from Earls Court Station and nearby restaurants, coffee shops and stores.

The available bedroom is furnished with:

- Large desk and and office chair
- Large 4 door wardrobe
- Nigh-stand and lamp

There is also enough space for extra furniture, should you wish to bring something else.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, over, microwave, a toaster and a kettle.

The living room has a dining table for up to 6 people, a 3 seater sofa bed and a TV.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large private garden.

The price of the bedroom is £1,150, excluding bills. [Bills will be around £120 extra per month]. A deposit of £1,300 is required when moving in the property.

You can move in the property as soon as 14th of May.
