(Student only) mezzanine with sink and fridge

Hi,

I'm looking for somebody to take over my lease from June 10th to 27th September in a great big house in Fulham (right next to Brompton cemetery!). If you would like there is a possibility to extend this for the next academic year.

The bedroom itself is lovely, with a great big window with lots of light, a sink, a fridge, a desk, a wardrobe, draws, and a separate elevated platform where the bed is.

There is a shared kitchen within the house, as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms. The current residents are all students, and due to the kitchenettes within each room have varying levels of social engagement within the house. However, the house is definitely friendly and regularly has dinners together.

Bills and broadband are included in the weekly rent (which is paid quarterly).
