This is one of four bedrooms in a lovely two-floors flat. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and shelving unit.

The room has a big window with amazing views, making it full of natural light and the perfect spot for sunset watching. The road is very quiet so that's a plus!

NOTE: no students or WFH applications will be accepted as per requirement.

For this room a small fee of £150 will be applied as I have left some extra furniture that was not included (to pay directly to me, the previous tenant)

Bathroom, kitchen and toilet are shared. The bathroom is spacious and has a bath! The kitchen comes with all the utensils so you don’t have to worry about buying anything extra.

The living room has a dining area, two big sofas and a side table, also a balcony!

You’ll be sharing the flat with 3 professional girls, that's why we are looking for someone that is professional as well and preferably not working from home. They will just expect you to treat the flat as your home and put an effort into keeping it a clean and tidy space.

Right next to King's Road, this is the loveliest area with cute little shops, cafés and pubs. The gym is in front of the flat (literally 30 seconds walk) and as well as the bus stop. South Kensington and Sloane Sq. station are 10mins walk from the flat.

The rent is £900 per calendar month with bills included. We just shared the house expenses and we have a cleaner! House expenses vary, but they will be less than £100 a month. (£45 month for cleaner + house products etc)

The landlord will need: 5 weeks of protected deposit. Your valid right to rent share code and a reference from your employer.

We have a very responsive and helpful landlord who will help and quickly fix anything that needs to be sorted, he recently painted the whole flat!

I am looking for someone to sign the contract starting on the 1st of August, and the moving date would be up to you. Happy to answer any questions you might have via private message.
