South Kensington one room renting

Looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat in South Kensington, London.

1. Female preferred. I’m a student so preferably student also, else you are required to pay for the council tax alone.
2. Expectation to share responsibility for keeping common areas clean. We can do the house cleaning together every week/2 weeks depending on needs.
3. No overnight stays for male, and female guests should notify in advance.

1. Rent is £350 per week per person, gas bill included. Available to move in on September 27th, with a one-year contract and 6 months of rent to be paid upfront.

2. Located on the first floor, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, situated on King’s Road between South Kensington and Sloane Square tube stations. The street has many high street brand stores.

3. Waitrose, M&S, and Boots are a 5-minute walk away, making life convenient.

4. A 20-minute walk or an 8-minute bike ride to Imperial College’s South Kensington campus.

5. A 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 10-minute walk to South Kensington tube station, and 14-minute walk to Sloane Square tube station.
