Available on a Monday to Friday basis, or, All Week if required for (£170 p. w) all inclusive in any case.

All bills included. (electricity, gas;, yearly water rates, broadband, cleaning the flat etc)
Very quiet neighbourhood, safe area.
(not for parties, smoking/vaping,)
Must have a Full Daytime job.

In the Kitchen you'll have your Own Fridge freezer, a Cooker/Oven, Washing machine etc.
Brand New Shower/Room, ultra clean.

Sharing the flat with one person only, live in landlord, straight bloke, fair host, love my family, my neighbours, Chelsea, London, and my flat, loyal, trustworthy, Raised as a Christian, know my yard.

Perfect for someone that works locally and just walked there.
Close to the King's Road, Royal Brompton Hospital, Royal Marsden Hospital, Fulham Road, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Chelsea Square, South Kensington, Royal College of Arts,, Victoria and Albert Museum, Knightsbridge etc, very central and walking distance to public transport river Thames, Chelsea Embankment, Battersea, Kensington, Sloane Square, Harrods, Central location, zone 1.
When at home, you are sharing with no one, use of the flat like it's yours,
(fixed hours are important for that)
5 minutes walking distance from the South Kensington tube.
