Double Room in Chelsea

Beautiful furnished room with double bed and two large windows in Chelsea.
Just off the King’s Road, this room is available to rent from the last weekend in October as I am leaving after three brilliant years!
The flat shares with 3 other girls, all who are working professionals (two civil servants and one working in publishing). We share a kitchen and a living room (which has a small balcony) and this room shares a large bathroom with one of the girls.
The flat is 10/15 mins walk from Fulham Broadway, or a ten minute bus from Sloane Square and Earl’s Court which leave from just outside the flat.
Rent is £830 and bills are between £100 and £150 a month.
We’re looking for a female replacement for me who is friendly, tidy and sociable, and who will enjoy spending time with the other housemates (we enjoy film nights, paint-a-pot sessions, and having dinners together on occasion).
