Cosy Friendly Flat Just Off The Kings Road

Hey! We’re looking for two female young professionals to replace us as we are moving in with our boyfriends.

We’ve been living in our flat for just over a year and we’ve really made it a home. We live in a four bedroom flat (first floor) just off the King’s Road in Chelsea. It is a 10-15 minute walk to both Sloane Square and South Kensington stations, with lots of bus routes just a minute or two away. Waitrose and M&S are a 5 minute walk up the road. We also have a cosy pub nearby but far enough away so it’s not noisy late at night.

There will be two girls, Emily (29) and Frances (24 nearly 25), who will be staying on. They are absolutely lovely to live with - we often have film nights, dinner parties, and the odd house party but also very happy to have a quick chat in the evening and some alone time when you need to focus or just decompress after a long day.

Requirements:
- Must earn a minimum of £30k (this is an agency requirement)
- Must be a young professional (a landlord requirement)
- Be in your mid twenties (24) - early thirties

There are two rooms on offer. Both are doubles and can happily fit desks. This ad is for the slightly smaller room which is £950 pcm (bills are not included). Bills are c. £150 a month each (this includes water, energy, council tax, wifi, and a tv licence as well as a biweekly cleaner for communal spaces).

The slightly smaller bedroom is available from 22/12/24. This room comes with a wardrobe, a bed, and a chest of drawers. I can also give you a free bookcase if interested!

The rest of the flat is fully furnished and has plenty of storage for things like suitcases.
