We are looking for people to fill our lovely newly refurbished flat in Chelsea. The flat is close to Earls Court tube station, located in zones 1&2. Imperial Wharf overground is a short walk away.

We have 2 rooms available to rent. Both rooms are rented separately. We are looking for a couple of young social and clean tenants to fill our home. The flat is across the road from the yachting club in Chelsea. It's a great spot! This is a flat share. There is a shared living room and kitchen with a small breakfast bar for 2. The kitchen has a balcony overlooking the Thames and framed by a quite green area.

The first room is a large double bedroom which is £1,133 pm. It has its own small balcony.
The second bedroom is a medium double room which is £866 pm.

The flat is newly refurbished with new beds and mattresses and new kitchen equipment. Each tenant will have their own fridge in the kitchen incase tenants are vegan or celiac. There is a washer dryer combined .
There are no tenants at the moment and both rooms are available (January 2026). The contract will be a joint contract between all tenants but with costs only covering your share.
Long term rental only minimum 3 months..
Must be in full time employment or if a student must be able to pay upfront for 3 months and demonstrate they can afford the payments. All applicants will be asked for proof or identity and a landlord or employers reference will be required.

Viewings will take place every Wednesday evening until both rooms are filled. Please only enquire if you are able to do an in person viewing. Online viewings will not be facilitated.

- Gas and central heating included in the rent.

Not included:
Electricity (pay as you go) will be shared between tenants.
Water bill will be split between the tenants. Total water and electricity bills estimate around £50-100 per month depending on usage. This will be split 3 ways divided among the tenants.
