You must be in London to secure the room.
All the bills are inclusive, the flat has Central Gas Heating System, 24hr Hot/Boiling water, in the kitchen and shower room.
There is no mould, dust or rust around.
All communal areas are cleaned daily by myself. Small place, easy maintainable.
Not suitable for smokers. No space for bikes.

If you don't, you will be sharing the flat with myself, British, straight bloke.
