I’m renting out my ensuite room in Chelsea for the month of September. Rent is £1,500 all in – that covers bills, Wi-Fi, council tax and a weekly cleaner 🙌.

📍 Location:

Imperial Wharf station just around the corner

Minutes from King’s Road – packed with cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, gyms and cinemas

Residential area, so it’s peaceful, but with lots to do nearby (happy to share my fave spots!)

🏡 The Flat:

Large house split across 4 floors with a lovely garden

4 flatmates (3 girls, 1 guy) – super friendly but often travelling for work, so the flat is usually quiet

Kitchen shared with 3 others

🛏️ The Room:

Bright ensuite room on the 2nd floor (only one other person on the same floor)

Ideal if you value your own space but also like the option of friendly chats over tea in the kitchen

This would suit someone who wants a calm, homely base with easy access to central London, but still close to the buzz of Chelsea.
