My flatmate is soon moving out with his girlfriend, so looking for a new flatmate to replace him!

The place is a bright 1000 sq meters 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms flat, so you will have your own bathroom. The room available is the master room with plenty of storage and space. Ideal for those who from time-to-time work from home. It has also a back garden ideal for sunny days :)

The flat is located a in a great and safe area, near to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops. There are good transport links close by: Earls Court Stations ~0.4miles away, West Brompton Overground ~0.4miles away, Gloucester Road Station ~0.8miles away and plenty of regular bus services

You would be living with me, a 29yo Spanish guy who has been living in London for 5 years. I am a huge tennis fan, doing outdoor sports, travel around the globe and keep re-discovering the city. While I appreciate everyone's separate lives, I enjoy catching up after work, going to the local pub or playing some tennis if you're up for it! I am a quiet, clean and chilled person looking for a similar type of flatmate.
