You’ll be living with me (28) and my wonderful flatmate Maddy (26). We’re both from Australia and have been living in the flat for a few months now. We’re both out and about a fair bit but also love a good chat in the evenings when we’re both home :)
The room can be either furnished (bed, chest of drawers and cupboard) or unfurnished, you’ll just have to purchase the furniture off the last tenant if you want it. There’s room for a desk if you needed one as well.
Super bright and spacious living room and kitchen, great if you love hosting or just relaxing at home.
The location is perfect - close to Chelsea and King’s road and close to Fulham. Lots of cute pubs and restaurants nearby. There’s also a big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Aldi and M&S all within 10 mins walk.
No smokers and no pets
The room is currently vacant so it would be great if you can move ASAP.
