We are looking for a new flatmate for a cozy bedroom starting January 15th. Our apartment is a 5 mins walk to South Kensington tube station and a 10 mins walk to Sloane Square tube station.
The flat:
We have the top floor of a 3 stories building with lots of space including a large kitchen, living room and private terrace with a ton of natural light (When the weather allows!).
The room:
The room is very cozy and gets a lot of natural sun light coming in. Despite its smaller size relative to other rooms in the flat, it has a good sized wardrobe and lots of shelving space.
The flatmates:
We are 3 (2F, 1M) professionals in their mid twenties & early thirties working in consulting and finance. Some of us have been living in the flat for years and we value the fun (yet respectful) environment in and around the flat. We have our own social lives but all enjoy staying in as well when we have free time.
